Minnie Mouse Candy Box

My favorite character of all time is Minnie Mouse! Since I was a little girl, I've always adored her and I still do! So when I saw this come through my inbox from Disney, I had to share.

Packaging with Style

I love great packaging and I think presentation is everything. When I saw these at Williams-Sonoma, my heart melted. Wouldn't you die if you received something as stylish? As I'm preparing for my upcoming sweets and treats party, I'm thinking of some pretty stylish ideas too!

Baking Supplies: Layer Cake Shop

And while I'm on this cupcake tip... Look at all these beautiful baking supplies at Layer Cake Shop! They just opened a new online store, but have been around on Esty since 2008. Get this... they only been open for 1 year and they already hit 4,000 sales! Great work! I only wish my shop can do that well once I actually open. (more on that coming soon) Layer Cake Shop has such an assortment of many different baking cups, sprinkles, packaging... you name it! And all the colors are beautiful! I've been telling myself I wanted to bake once a month since I got my Hello Cupcake book, but unfortunately.... I failed! I really want to bake again!

Cupcake on wheels

Remember the cook out trailer I featured a while back? Well, this is just as GOOD... the Sprinklesmobile is on the move! It's a Mercedes Sprinter Van created by Pimp My Ride's West Coast Customs and it's the coolest ride! (check out those rims!) I keep telling my lovely we need to go to LA and visit the famous bakery.... hmmm....

Doesn't that just make your mouth water? I really want to try their red velvet, chocolate marshmallow, mocha and strawberry. I think I'll take one of each!

Address Stamp

I love this! Letter Girl on Etsy creates these cute, one of a kind stamps that's adorably artistic. The best thing... if you order the option with a wooden handle, you can use different color stamp pads! This would be great to use when sending a little note or even on the outside of envelopes when paying bills. Cute!

Flower Clip

I saw this beautiful hair clip on Twigs and Honey and thought it would be the hair perfect accessory. It's great for all you brides out there, but it definitely can be used for a regular-any-day look as well.

I thought I would give it a try making it through a tutorial I saw on A Feathered Nest and look how it turned out...

So simple... so chic.... I love it! Of course the one pictured on top is completely better, but this will certainly do.

Down for a cookout?

I certainly am if it's this In-and-Out trailer! I've been hearing a lot about this lately and since lovely is a HUGE In-and-Out fan, I thought I would google it and see what I find....

Isn't that so awesome?!? This looks like a rockin' wedding, but the cookout trailer would also be perfect for one of our summer gatherings or picnics. Key things: 1. the trailer is available in certain areas and lucky for us, I think it's So CAL. Wonder if they would come to SD? 2. booking is a "first come, first serve" basis and lastly 3. a big bummer they don't serve their famous fries or milk shakes. I'm still down for this cookout!

Destination: Sin City

Add ImageLas Vegas is the spot! And if you're ready to get hitched right now... what better place than Sin City! They have weddings of many kinds; drive- through, helicopter, by Elvis and even in the nude! It's known as the crazy wedding capital of the world and although you choose not to have a traditional wedding, why not be unique!

And that is exactly what I found... unique and cool things to do in the city of sin! The latest buzz is Dinner in the Sky. Yeah you heard it right-suspended over 160 feet in the air, guests are treated with top notch service and "dine in the sky" overlooking the Las Vegas strip! How cool is that!

For $169 you get a cocktail, hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast, an entree selection of filet mignon or chicken and a souvenir photo. Not a bad deal!

Another cool find is an ice bar. Minus 5 Ice Lounge is in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino which offer guests the experience of a lifetime! The place is practically an igloo with arctic like temperatures and ice sculptures everywhere. And if you want another unique way to say "I do" why not an ice wedding?
You could never go wrong in Vegas. What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas!!! The next time I head out there, I definitely want to check out these hip hot spots! Who's down?

Greatest Quote

Do I need to say anymore? Besides the fact Dove Chocolate is delicious and you can create your own personal messages, I didn't create this one. Follow your passion and your heart to do only what you LOVE!

Organized 101

Two very important things about me if you don't already know: 1. I have a strong case of OCD and 2. I LOVE Martha! I know... I know... it can be bad sometimes, but what can I say? I came across this great planner by Russell + Hazel that is absolutely needed to get through busy days. And for our brides-to-be, they have this great wedding organizer which is a wonderful resource. You can even download free worksheets for planning out important details.

They have everything needed to stay organized including storage bins, boxes, magazine holders; you name it. And what do you know... Martha uses them in her studio as well! Look how great that looks!

Wedding Art

Details, details, details. It's all about the details! I came across this beautiful Wedding Graffiti and thought.. what a great idea! It's so simple. The art or monogram comes on a transfer adhesive which you can place on any smooth surface. After you're done, it will peel away quickly not damaging the underlying surface. It personalizes your day and you can use it for any event.
